a. dat hij/zij door inschrijving de rechtsmacht van de Raad van Beheer en de werking van het Kynologisch reglement aanvaardt;

b. dat de ingeschreven hond, voor zover bekend is, gedurende de laatste 12 weken niet in gevaar is geweest van besmetting met hondenziekte of enige andere besmettelijke ziekte, en dat hij/zij de hond niet zal inzenden indien dit zich alsnog mocht voordoen;

c. dat de hond voldoende is beschermd tegen distemper, parvo, leptospirose en HCC en waarvan de geldigheid aantoonbaar is (inentingsboekje meenemen).

d. dat het de Vereniging is toegestaan de show uitslagen te publiceren via Verenigingsmedia.

a. The exhibitor states that, by enrolling in the Show, he accepts the legal authority of the “Raad van Beheer” (Dutch Kennel Club) and will respect the “Kynologisch Reglement” (Kennel Club Rules).

b. The exhibitor states that during the last 12 weeks the dog entered, to his knowledge, has not been in danger of infection with canine distemper, or any other infectious disease, and that he will not present his dog if such circumstances should occur between now and the day of the Show.

c. The exhibitor states that the dog is adequately protected against distemper, parvo, leptospirose and HCC and, coming from abroad, against rabies. Proof of vaccination or protection via titer tests can be asked for.

d. The exhibitor agrees to the publication of the show result on the VNS Media.
